About Kymper

Kymper Kreag outdoors in a black sleeveless top

For more than 26 years, I've worked in corporate learning and development within a global organization, translating complex information, workflows, business challenges, and performance needs into practical learning solutions.

My experience spans instructional design, eLearning and curriculum development, learning technologies, work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborative projects with subject matter experts, business partners, and stakeholders around the world.

Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant:

Effective learning starts with understanding people.

Every project begins with asking the right questions: What do people need to know? What do they need to do? What gets in their way? And what will genuinely help them succeed?

Experience That Shapes My Perspective

With a background in international business, a professional start in marketing, and a learning and development career supporting both internal teams and customers around the world, I've developed an appreciation for the different perspectives, priorities, and challenges people bring to their work.

Much of my career has centered on designing and developing software training for diverse audiences, including professionals across multiple healthcare specialties. That work has included supporting several complex software applications, coordinating multilingual training localization and deployment, and collaborating with international colleagues to adapt content for regional terminology and customer needs.

Alongside my corporate career, I spent ten years building and operating my own retail business. Managing every aspect of business development and day-to-day operations, while growing and leading a successful team, strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset and deepened my understanding of what it takes to turn ideas into results.

Having collaborated remotely since 2007, I've learned that effective partnerships require more than technology and communication. They require curiosity, adaptability, mutual respect, and a willingness to understand perspectives that may be different from our own.

Collectively, these experiences have shaped how I approach my work today: listening first, understanding the bigger picture, and finding practical, insightful solutions that support both people and business goals.

Beyond the Work

Outside of my professional life, I'm happiest staying active and spending time outdoors—whether that's paddleboarding, hiking, strength training, working in my garden, or enjoying a beautiful sunset.

A mom of two young adults, I value the relationships, experiences, and opportunities for growth that make life interesting and fulfilling.
